Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bytebox LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Bytebox LLC provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Web design and development using GoHighLevel tools
• Google Business Profile optimization
• CRM automation and lead management
• Monthly performance reporting

3. Payment Terms

Our services are offered under the following payment structure:

• Setup Fee: One-time payment of $2,500 (or 3 monthly payments of $833 under our payment plan)
• Monthly Service Fee: $600/month, billed on the same day each month
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

4. Service Term and Cancellation

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis:

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email
• You remain responsible for payment through the end of the 30-day notice period
• Upon cancellation, we will provide you with access to your website files and content
• Setup fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Provide necessary assets (logos, images, content) in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback within 5 business days
• Maintain access to necessary third-party accounts (Google Business Profile, domain registrar, etc.)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you provide to us (text, images, logos, etc.).

Our Work Product: Upon full payment of all fees, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the website and materials we create for you. We retain the right to use our work for portfolio purposes and case studies (with your permission).

Third-Party Tools: Some services utilize third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Google, etc.). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific results:

• SEO results typically take 3-6 months and depend on many factors outside our control
• We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates
• Search engine algorithms change frequently and may impact results
• Website performance depends on your hosting provider and internet infrastructure

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bytebox LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
